1. How Can I Track My Order?

  • You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
  • Processing: You can check the status in the "My Orders" page in your Dentistbuy account.
  • Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information for your packages as well as the website where you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

Note:

Orders under $30 using Super Saver Shipping will not have a tracking code. You can estimate delivery based on the delivery chart below.

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address. Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (or email to dentistbuy@outlook.com) immediately!

3. Why Didn't I Get a Tracking Code?

  • Standard shipping offers great low-rate shipping; however, orders under $30 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code.
  • If you used one of our other shipping methods or your order is over $30 using standard shipping and have not received a tracking code, check your order status—it may not have been shipped yet. You will be emailed the tracking code when the order ships.

5. Is Shipping Fee Included in the Prices?

  • If products are marked "free shipping", you will not need to pay for shipping costs. Free shipping is available worldwide.
  • For products without "free shipping", you can use our online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page, and you will see shipping prices for different shipping services.

6. How Do I Cancel an Order?

  • Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel your order. Contact Customer Service or email dentistbuy@outlook.com.
  • You can check your order status in the "Order Details" page in your Dentistbuy account.
